Take the Banning Research Project Survey



M.A.P.S. has created several documents, including the attached Executive Summary, which provides key findings from the full report that is helpful should you not have time to review the full report. We would ask that you review the included information prior to completing the survey. This should take approximately 45 – 60 minutes to complete.

We are hoping to gather as many responses as we can, so please feel free to have others within your organization review the information and complete the survey. As mentioned, your feedback will be essential to developing next steps. The deadline to complete the survey is March 31st, 2023.
