GENERAL MEETINGS

We hold General Meetings every month from September through June, with a summer break in July and August. 

​

The location and timing of General Meetings vary throughout the year to provide members with different opportunities for in-person engagement. Most meetings are held from 10:00–11:30 a.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at the Canadian Mental Health Association (10232 106st, Room E125).

​

In 2026–27, there will also be four evening general membership meetings featuring an education component. These meetings will be held from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Earth’s Refillery on October 8, January 14, March 11, and May 13. Offering meetings at different times and locations is intended to create more opportunities for members to participate in person, build connections, and get involved in activities.
