September 30 is for #TruthAndReconciliation

On September 30, ECOHH recognizes the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We take this day to honor survivors and those lost to the residential school system. We encourage everyone to spend time educating themselves, honoring the land we live on, and recognizing the privileges we have. Let's commit to learning, reflecting, and actively participating in reconciliation. These children lost the homes that anchored them with family and community. On this day, and every day, we need to take up the challenge to ensure every person has a place where they can create a safe and healthy home.
